Clinical hematology test and blood banking.
Action principle and advantage : EDTA can effectively chalet the calcium ion of blood, therefor it can prevent the blood coagulation, does not affect count and the size of the leukocyte and keep erythrocyte invariable.
Additive : EDTA K2 / EDTA K3
Specimen : Whole blood
Tube Size : 13 x 75mm 13 x 100mm 16 x 100mm
Draw volume : 2-10 ml
Max vacuum degree tolerance : +/- 10%
Invert the tube for 6-8 times immediately after drawing blood.
Exam Items : Hematology ( red blood cell, white blood cell, blood platelet blood, leukocyte classification. hemoglobin and hematocrit )
